Refund & cancellation policy

1. Eligibility
Consumers purchasing digitally delivered educational services may have cooling-off rights under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and related guidance. Business purchasers may be subject to separate contracts.
2. Fourteen-day window
Where mandatory law provides a fourteen-day cancellation window for distance contracts, you may cancel without stating a reason within that period unless an exception applies because services commenced with your express consent.
3. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after partial performance agreed in writing, we may charge a proportionate amount for delivered sessions and materials, not exceeding the total contract price.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party API credits, bespoke legal reviews, and downloadable rubrics marked as final are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless defective or misdescribed.
5. Process steps
Email refunds@synap-nodehub.digital with your order reference, participant name, and reason (optional for statutory windows). We acknowledge within three business days.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate bank transfer details securely.
7. Cancellations by Synap Nodehub
If we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a seat transfer to a later intake without penalty.
8. Exceptions
Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive conduct, or breach of confidentiality may disqualify refund requests at our discretion, subject to mandatory law.
